  • Silver Membership
  • $149.00
    • One visit per year for a complete preventative maintenance for one system for $149.00 a year.
    • Each additional system will be an additional $119.00 per system. Example two system home would be $268.00.

What is included in the Silver PMA?

  • Apac will verify the following:
    • Refrigerant levels
    • Electrical connections and motor amperages for proper operation.
    • Motors for proper lubrication and service if applicable.
    • Air filters for cleanliness, homeowner is to provide replacement air filters if wanting a filter change out. (Please visit our website for our filter subscription services, order your filter and have it shipped to your house for your convenience)
    • Proper air circulation, IAQ (Indoor Air Quality)
  • Clean both the indoor & outdoor coils for proper operation.
  • Flush out condensation line.
  • Visually inspect duct work.

Alvarez will provide a written estimate for all repairs needed found at the time of visit for homeowner approval before repairs are made.

  • Silver members will receive a 10% discount for all parts needed. Membership expires one year from the date of original service.
  • Silver members WILL pay after hourrates as well as dispatch fee for any and all service request submitted and requested for after hours or weekend or holiday rates.
  • Silver members must re-new memberships prior to the expiration date of the original service date.
  • Gold Membership
  • $249.00
    • Two visits per year for a complete preventative maintenance for one system for $249.00 a year.
    • Each additional system will be an additional $119.00 per system. Example two system home would be $368.00.

  • Gold members will not pay after hour rates for all service request submitted and requested for after hours or weekend or holiday rates.
  • Gold members will NOT pay the $89.00 dispatch fee for all service request submitted and requested for after hours or weekend or (excludes holiday rates/ dispatch fee). Tech will then supply customer with an estimate for repairs, dispatch fee will be applied to the estimate.
  • Gold members will always pay only the standard flat rates for all service request needed anytime during the contract period.
  • Gold members must re-new memberships prior to the expiration date of the original service date.
